You wait at the airport for the big welcome home moment...

You can't wait to grab hold of your Marine...

Only to have to watch them walk away from you again

Leave is never long enough.  And even if it is, when your Marine is home they have a lot of family and friends to visit, things they want to do to escape the hard work they've been doing.  You want them to enjoy their time home--but you also want them to spend every minute they can with you.  So what can you do?

Go to Them!

Even if your Marine has to work, you can still visit them  when they are off-duty, get to know the area they are living in, and get a taste of what their life is like in the Corps.  Take some time to visit your Marine.  The pages that follow can help you to plan your visit.  Our thanks to the Yuku Parris Island Family and Friends Message Board, and our MCFSC Marine wives for providing this information!
